Halo, I went to California, first through Utah,10 hours drive. They had a lot of snow during the winter, everything around was green and still snow top moutains. The valeys had a lot of wild flowers, but my son did'nt stop. Then came Nevada Dessert and it was not hot yet. another 1000 miles to California. We used to live there, but nothing stays the same and it is overcrowded. My Brother came from Holland and stayed there at my sister's place. She, him and her family who are living there came togethet with me at the Duth Fair. There where more than 1000 people en we had fun. The food was very good too, All and all we did almost 3000 myles, so today I wrent to the gym to loosen up, was very stiff from all that sitten. TTFN.
Halo Linda, how is the weather there now? We just got a blizzard en dumped some snow. Lucky not as much as on the mountains en de zon came up, zo it will melt soon! I am going next month on a 3 day trip to California. I'll try to see if I can take a shot when I see nice things. Bye, Eugenie..
Wishing you all the best in 2010 and stay healthy.

Halo, those name sounds familiar, never been there, but read them often in romances. That abbey is often mentioned, so now I see it for myself. Happy Holidays.

Halo, Do you get alot of rain too? I hoop those people in England are hebben som respit from the rain. It is terible that they have been flooded. When it is over, it is'nt over, because then there is more trouble cleaning it up. Some of the states here getting floods every year, but refuse to move away, hoping every year that it will not hit them..
Halo, I travel only in the USA, visiting my kids to see Grand, and gr.Grandkids. I think it is often a hassle. Planes are delaid and just have to wait for hours and dan cancelled! If everything goes well, the airports are so large and you can get lost in it.
